Hannam University held the '2024 Newcomer Day for International Students' at Hannam Makerspace on March 21st at 2 PM. This event was organized to welcome new international students (undergraduate and graduate) and help them adapt to university life through various interactions with current students.
The event included a performance by a university club, the awarding of certificates to outstanding and scholarship students, and a talk concert featuring senior international students under the theme 'Era of Success for International Students.'
Representatives from different categories, including language course students, undergraduate students, exchange students, and graduate students, shared their experiences and know-how. A Q&A session was also held.
Vice President for Industry-Academic Research, Kim In-seop, said, "I hope that students studying abroad in a foreign country can gain a lot of help in adapting to their study abroad life through exchanges with seniors."
